it is the established practice of meeting strategists, llc to refuse payment of the standard 10% commissionable rates from our hotel partners, we feel strongly that this presents a potential ethics issue. in cases where attendees are responsible for payment of their guest room costs it is our practice to negotiate contracts deferring the 10% commission to our clients. this allows the client to reduce and/or completely eliminate the overall cost of utilizing the services of meeting strategists.
